Galway Yoga Centre, founded in 1986, is the first yoga centre in Galway. It offers traditional, accessible yoga classes that suit most people, with an emphasis on ease of body and calm of mind. The centre has more than 35 years of teaching experience and has trained yoga teachers for 25 years.

Classes run in 12-week terms at 1 Mill St in Galway City, with Easy, Continuation and Advanced levels available in the room and over Zoom, plus classes in Athenry. Students bring a mat and a blanket for the relaxation.
