RISE AWILD is a community-rooted yoga practice in Galway that welcomes everyone, no yoga wear or performance required. Led by teacher Eva, classes range from slow, prop-supported gentle yoga and chair yoga to mixed-level flow and pay-what-you-can community sessions, with weekly in-person classes around Galway City and online options (live and pre-recorded).

Private sessions for hen parties, corporate and school groups are also available. New students can try a month of unlimited yoga for €69.
