Galway Ballet Academy

Galway Ballet Academy, founded by Regina Rogers in 1986, is a long-established Galway dance school offering ballet, contemporary and jazz classes with a mission to foster and promote a love of dance.

Students can take graded exams in ballet, character dance, contemporary and jazz, enter competitions, and perform in school galas, Christmas and Nutcracker shows, and ARBTA galas in London and Dublin.

The school also hosts master classes and workshops with visiting ballet masters and professional dancers, and runs adult offerings such as Barre & Pilates and a seniors' contemporary class. New beginners' ballet classes start on 6 September 2026.
