Manchester's first all-inclusive pole and aerial dance studio, founded in 2014. GFF offers award-winning pole fitness and pole dance classes, aerial hoop, aerial silks, aerial rope, aerial straps, mixed aerial, spinning pole, flying pole, dancehall, heels, stretch, calisthenics, acro, and kids' classes — all levels welcome regardless of age, size or experience.
