Good Times Yoga is a friendly, welcoming yoga studio in Ealing, West London, run by fully qualified instructor Tania Shillam. Teaching Vinyasa, Dynamic, Power, Ashtanga and Yin yoga, the studio offers small in-person classes of up to 10 people in a bright, airy home studio — including outdoor sessions on the yoga decking in summer.

All classes are simultaneously live-streamed via Zoom. Suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners, as well as athletes and those with health concerns. Additional offerings include private sessions, corporate office yoga, yoga for teens, and international retreats.
