GoodGood Studio is a community-led infrared movement studio with two locations in South West London — Balham and Wimbledon. Classes are intimate (15 mats max), music-led and infrared heated, spanning Sculpt (Pilates, Barre, Strength), Flow (Yoga, Pilates, Mobility) and Restore (Yin, Sound, Red Light).

The studio also offers specialist Mum & Baby classes and an Over 60s Move Club, plus events, retreats and private studio hire. Featured in GQ, Marie Claire, Stylist and more.
