Güdlift Gym is a 9,000 sq ft independent gym in Eccles, Manchester, offering two distinct training spaces under one membership.
The main gym on the second floor is dedicated to bodybuilding and fitness, with state-of-the-art machines and free weights, while Güdlift GroundZero downstairs is a specialist powerlifting and weightlifting area equipped with competition-grade kit from Rogue, Eleiko, Watson and Concept2.
Founded by strength and conditioning coach Robert Bobjak and built on 28 years of local gym tradition, Güdlift prides itself on a friendly community atmosphere, expert personal trainers, and flexible membership options from day passes to annual plans.
