Güdlift Gym is a 9,000 sq. ft. two-floor facility in Eccles, Manchester, offering top-tier bodybuilding, powerlifting and weightlifting training under one membership.
The second floor houses state-of-the-art machines and free weights for bodybuilding, while the basement — Güdlift GroundZero — is dedicated to strength sports with competition-spec equipment from Rogue, Eleiko, Watson and Concept2.
Founded by strength and conditioning specialist Robert Bobjak and built on 28 years of local gym tradition, Güdlift prides itself on a friendly community atmosphere, expert personal trainers and flexible membership options.
