Splashworld Active

Splashworld Active is the gym and fitness side of Splashworld, a community-based, not-for-profit waterpark and fitness centre on Railway Square in Tramore, Co. Waterford. The gym floor has a cardio zone, resistance machines, cable stations and free weights, plus a functional area with mats, foam rollers and resistance bands.

A dedicated studio hosts a rotating timetable of group classes for all levels, and it is open for members to use freely outside class times, with a punch bag, open floor space and music. Every new member receives a complimentary fitness assessment and personalised programme, and the pool, sauna and steam room (16+) are all included with membership.

The gym opens from 6am Monday and Friday and from 6:15am Tuesday to Thursday, and is open every day of the week. Pay-as-you-go access is available for non-members, and there is free parking outside.
