High On Yoga is an online Kundalini Yoga school founded and led by Daria, a KRI-certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and Yoga Therapist based in Manchester.

The school offers weekly live Kundalini Yoga and meditation classes streamed via Zoom, a growing library of pre-recorded sessions, and structured transformational programmes addressing anxiety, stress, back pain, self-love and prosperity.
