High Street Pilates is a reformer Pilates studio in Killegland House, Ashbourne, Co. Meath, opened in September 2023 and led by Orna Carr, who has over 30 years in the fitness and Pilates industry.

The studio runs reformer classes seven days a week, from early-morning off-peak sessions to evening classes, levelled from Beginner (Level 1) through Improvers to Intermediate, plus a men-only class during the week. Experienced instructors guide newcomers through the machine and offer modifications, and a beginners' workshop is recommended before joining weekly classes.

Classes are booked through an online system and app, with class packs, annual passes and monthly memberships available. Members describe a welcoming, supportive space for all ages and body shapes.
