Move Breathe Connect is a boutique classical Pilates studio in the heart of Dunshaughlin Village, Co. Meath, founded by Catherine Murphy, an Advanced Classical Pilates teacher trained at the Pilates Centre Clontarf. The bright, open studio is fitted with high-quality handcrafted equipment including Reformers, Towers, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel and SpineCorrector.

It offers small-group 50-minute Mat, Reformer, Tower and Prenatal classes at levels from Basics to Intermediate/Advanced, plus private one-to-one and semi-private duet sessions, which are especially suited to those recovering from injury. The focus is on strength, flexibility, posture and a deeper core connection.
