Hiraya Pilates is a boutique Reformer Pilates studio nestled in Islington, London, at Leroy House on Essex Road. The name 'Hiraya' comes from an ancient Filipino word meaning the realisation of one's deepest hopes and aspirations — a philosophy that shapes every session.

The studio offers a range of contemporary Reformer Pilates classes for all levels, from beginner (Holistic) and intermediate (Harmonic) to intense (Heroic), as well as pre- and postnatal classes and bespoke one-to-one sessions.

With state-of-the-art equipment, curated playlists, and expert instructors who focus on mindful, intentional movement, Hiraya is designed to be both a physical and mental escape from the city — a sanctuary where strength, alignment, and wellbeing converge.
