Hot Yoga Newcastle is Newcastle upon Tyne's first and only custom-built heated yoga studio, nestled in the heart of Heaton. Offering original Bikram hot yoga alongside Hot Flow, Hot 50, Yin, Yin/Yang and Dynamic classes, the studio uses infrared heating panels and a purpose-designed ventilation system to create a natural, clean and revitalising environment.
