Hot Yoga Studios Dundrum is a Dublin yoga studio whose website, under the Surya Wellness name, focuses on Yoga Alliance certified teacher training and retreats. Courses include a 200-hour Vinyasa & Yin teacher training, a 300-hour advanced training, a 50-hour Yin training, and trauma-informed, restorative and Yoga Nidra, prenatal and hormone yoga trainings.

It also runs breathwork and Ayurveda courses. Trainings are offered both in the studio and online, for all ages and skill levels. The site also promotes yoga and wellness retreats, including an Ayurvedic retreat in Portugal, and workshops with guest teachers. Founder Sophie Moore leads the school, supported by a team that includes a yoga philosophy trainer.
