Stillorgan Yoga

Stillorgan Yoga is a small, community-minded studio in Stillorgan, Dublin, teaching the Iyengar method with a strong focus on precise alignment, safety and the use of props so people of all abilities can practise with confidence. Classes are led by Sharon Gleeson, who has practised Iyengar yoga since 2000 and taught since 2012.

The timetable includes a mixed-ability General Level class for beginners and improvers, a Wednesday evening intermediate class, a gentle beginner Chair Yoga class, and a Restorative class with bolsters, blankets and breath work. One-to-one and corporate sessions are available on request.

Students are encouraged to share any injuries or conditions so their needs can be taken into account, and many have been practising together for years.
