Yoga Le Naoise

Yoga Le Naoise is a Dublin-based yoga practice led by Naoise, offering mixed-level group classes, Yoga for Athletes, Yoga for Men, workplace wellness sessions, yoga for teens and children in schools, Yoga through Irish and private one-to-one sessions.

Drawing on the Irish proverb "Is fearr lúbadh ná briseadh" (it is better to bend than to break), the teaching blends mobility-focused movement, breathwork, meditation and deep relaxation in a welcoming, non-perfectionist spirit. The studio also runs Techno Yoga Dublin and community events, with weekly classes in 2026 centred on Monday evenings at The Schoolhouse in Monkstown.
