HQ Gym Health and Wellness in Tuam, Co. Galway, is a community-focused gym that combines strength training, classes, recovery and a coffee dock under one roof. The facility spans two floors with over 110 pieces of equipment and three training studios, with 40+ classes a week covering spin, HIIT, strength, core and Hyrox-style sessions.

Pilates is offered as pay-as-you-go classes or a 6-week block, and the personal training team runs one-to-one coaching, small-group PT, the women's StrongHER programme and the men's Iron Series. The HQ Recovery Suite & Spa offers sauna, ice bath, jacuzzi, infrared light room and compression boots, and the Coffee Dock serves speciality coffee, açaí bowls and healthy bites.

All ages and abilities are welcome, and members can book through the HQ app.
