Insanity Fit Zone is a community-focused fitness studio in Palmerstown Business Park, Dublin, built around collective self-improvement rather than perfection.

The studio runs a timetable of 35+ weekly group classes, including high-intensity pump and full-body workouts using weighted and bodyweight exercises, suitable for all fitness levels and designed to be done at your own pace. Members can pay as they go or commit to 4-week blocks of two classes per week.

Alongside classes, IFZ offers one-to-one personal training with qualified coaches covering weight loss, injury rehabilitation, sports training, core and strength work, plus a 6-week private group transformation programme. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with no pressure and no attitude. Classes are booked online through Legitfit.
