Hot HIIT Cardio is a Dublin fitness studio built around polar heated cardio classes held in a heated chamber, where Polar heart-rate sensors track effort and calories burned. A newer strength and conditioning room adds variety, with classes pitched at every level from complete beginners to experienced trainers. Coaches Derek and Tom lead a personalised, motivating approach.

The studio also runs Hot HIIT Kids/Teens programmes for ages 7 and up, private bookings for sports teams, and community events including Hyrox and Tryka preparation. Classes can be booked online for the Liberties and Finglas locations, and a coffee spot is opening in Finglas.
