Intelligent Movement Somatics Branston Church

Intelligent Movement Somatics offers somatic movement classes led by certified Clinical Somatic Educator Liz Underwood.

Rooted in neuroscience and inspired by the work of Thomas Hanna, the practice uses gentle, mindful movement techniques — including pandiculation — to release chronically tight muscles, restore posture, regulate the nervous system, and support emotional balance. Classes are available live online (Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am, Wednesdays at 6.

15pm), as on-demand video sessions, and in person. Private 1:1 clinical somatics appointments and movement coaching are also available, alongside courses, workshops, mini retreats, and a beginner's video series for those new to the practice.
