Odyssey Pilates offers dynamic, energising small-group Reformer Pilates classes in Waterford and Kilkenny, with a maximum of six clients per class so instructors can give real individual attention.

Classes are organised into four levels: Rise (beginner), Progress (mixed-level), Flow (intermediate) and Elevate (advanced), giving clients a clear path from first session to a more challenging practice. Pre- and post-natal Reformer blocks, workshops, corporate wellness and a loyalty program round out the offer.

New clients can try the studio with an introductory pack of four classes for €85, and bookings are made through the schedule page or the studio's booking app. Clients describe a welcoming, friendly atmosphere with encouraging, approachable instructors.
