Category: Pilates · Reformer Pilates
Price: New client intro (4 classes): €85

Odyssey Pilates is a boutique Reformer Pilates studio with locations in Kilkenny and Waterford, founded by Jamee-Maree Lewis in 2022. Classes are deliberately small, capped at six clients, so instructors can give individual attention, feedback and modifications while keeping the energy of a group session.

The timetable is organised into four levels: Rise (beginner), Progress (mixed-level), Flow (intermediate) and Elevate (advanced), giving newcomers a clear starting point and a path to progress. Rise also suits pre/post-natal clients and those returning from injury with medical clearance.

The Kilkenny schedule includes mums and bubs drop-in classes, and the studio also offers workshops and corporate wellness sessions. Booking is online or through the Odyssey app, and new clients can start with an intro offer of four classes for €85.
