JOY Studio is a boutique reformer Pilates studio in Heaton Moor, Stockport, designed to build strong, resilient bodies. Classes focus on alignment, control and intelligent progression across three structured levels: Foundation (beginners and technique refinement), Form (signature full-body reformer session) and Power (advanced, more athletic training).
