Kanti Yoga Studio is the first dedicated Hatha Yoga studio based in Urmston, founded in 2018 by Michelle 'Kanti Devi' Osborne. With the ethos 'Yoga for All, for Life', the studio offers a welcoming, small-group environment with a maximum of 7 people per class.

Classes are rooted in Sivananda Vedanta principles and combine relaxation, pranayama breathing, flowing and static poses, and meditation. Offerings include Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga with Sound Bathing, and Candle Gazing Meditation, all suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
