KAVA Pilates Reformer Studio is a boutique Pilates studio at 1 Fagan's Lane in Maynooth, Co. Kildare, offering Reformer, Mat and Barre classes. The space is deliberately small, with just 7 reformers, 12 mat spaces and 8 barre spots, so every client gets thoughtful cueing, proper use of the equipment and real individual attention.

Classes follow a progression-based approach with Beginner, Level One and Level Two options, taught by highly trained instructors who put technique, alignment, breath and control first. The atmosphere is calm, welcoming and community-minded, with options for prenatal clients and university student discounts.

Bookings are handled through the KAVA Pilates app, ClassPass or Mindbody, and a second studio is planned for Celbridge in November 2026.
