Service Your Body runs Reformer and Mat Pilates studios in Lucan, Celbridge and Ratoath, with a new Adamstown studio on the way. It sits alongside a physiotherapy clinic led by physio Andy Tully, so classes carry a strong injury-prevention and rehab focus. The Lucan studio is 50 sq m with six Balanced Body reformers, and mat classes take 2-12 people.

The instructor team brings backgrounds in physio, dance, running and sport, with Balanced Body-certified reformer training. Options include group classes, private sessions and semi-private sessions for 2-4 clients, as well as class packs and monthly memberships. Newcomers can start with an 8-class trial month.
