Pure Health is a boutique loft studio in the heart of Dublin 15, run by founders Christine and Sarah, who have taught yoga and Pilates since 2004 and opened the studio in 2006.

The quiet, friendly space offers Vinyasa Flow yoga, mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates classes at mixed levels, plus private and duet sessions for anyone wanting extra attention for an injury or alignment. Regular workshops, on-demand and livestream classes, and massage and treatments such as acupuncture and reflexology round out the offer.

Booking is done online, and many clients have been coming since the studio opened.
