Aligné offers mindfulness-infused Pilates in Dublin, led by instructor Courteney. Sessions focus on calming the nervous system, deepening the mind-body connection and breathwork, and welcome beginners as well as experienced practitioners of all levels and ages.

The timetable includes slow, controlled Mat Pilates for strength and mindful movement, a high-energy Barre class with light weights and cardio, and Reformer Pilates with 1-1 focus suited to strength-building, rehabilitation and confidence.

Classes run in person at the Howellness Centre in Clondalkin, Dublin 22, with online small-group classes, Aligné Digital and private 1-2-1 sessions also available. Credits are bought online and classes booked through the Howellness Centre app. Clients describe a calm, safe and supportive atmosphere.
