DreamPilates is a boutique Pilates studio in Tallaght, Dublin, based at The Vault Health Club on Belgard Square W. Founded by an instructor who wanted a fresh, energetic and non-judgmental space for a younger generation of women, it offers mixed-level Mat Pilates classes, including a Sculpt & Tone format that uses the ball and bands.

Classes focus on posture alignment, restoring muscle imbalances, strengthening the deep core and improving balance, and suit beginners as well as those refining their technique. The atmosphere blends calming Pilates discipline with a minimalist, feminine aesthetic and a supportive, community-minded feel.
