The Pilates Room is a fully equipped Pilates studio in Old Bawn, South West Dublin, created to be a warm, open and welcoming space for anyone wishing to explore the practice. Led by Deirdre Harris, it offers individually tailored programmes on the Reformer with Tower, Pilates Chair and Ladder Barrel, plus mat work.

Sessions suit all ages and abilities, from returning-from-injury clients to those chasing fitness goals, with fitness and clinical Pilates focused on flexibility, strength, control and better everyday movement. Clinical massage therapy is available on request, and classes can be booked online.
