Ultimate Health & Body

Ultimate Health & Body is a Terenure, Dublin studio offering a fully equipped, dedicated Pilates space led by experienced physiotherapists. Sessions use the full range of traditional Pilates apparatus rather than the Reformer alone, including a Cadillac/trapeze table, wunda chair, barrels and small props such as the spine corrector, magic circle, bands and balls.

Workouts are tailored to each client's needs, whether rehab, strength, mobility, posture or athletic conditioning, and both one-to-one sessions and small groups are available. Alongside Pilates, the studio offers neuromuscular therapy, physical therapy, nutrition plans, FES therapy and dry needling, with customised treatment and wellness plans.

Reviewers praise instructor Naja's hands-on, motivating approach and the friendly atmosphere, with many reporting relief from back pain and improved strength, flexibility and posture.
