Real Bodies Pilates Rathfarnham

Realbodies Pilates is a boutique Pilates and Yoga practice led by Rosalind McManus, an instructor with over 24 years of teaching and training experience. Courses run at three Dublin locations, including Rathfarnham/D6, and suit all ages and ability levels.

The offer includes classical Pilates mat work, a dynamic Fitness Pilates class (not suitable for complete beginners) and Classical Hatha Yoga in the Sivananda tradition. Each course builds progressively, with a focus on solid foundations, body awareness, core strength, mobility, posture and breathing.
