KEINA Studios is a boutique reformer Pilates studio in Ladbroke Grove, North Kensington, set inside the Pall Mall Deposit building. With eight reformer beds and small class sizes, the studio aims to bridge the gap between luxury wellbeing and inclusive, intentional movement.

The class menu covers every level and mood — from beginner-friendly Soft Launch sessions and gentle Grove Reset mobility flows, to intermediate This One's Spicy and advanced What, Like It's HARD? classes. There are also women-only Her Hour sessions, age-conscious Fine Wine classes, and focus formats targeting lower body, upper body and core.
