Kitchen Dancing is a fun, music-themed dance fitness class run by founder Jo Porter in Beeston, Nottingham. Classes cover decades from the 60s through to the Noughties and are open to all ages and fitness levels.

Sessions are available both in person at Beeston Youth and Community Centre and online via Zoom, with options including adult classes, Teenyboppers for families, themed parties, corporate events, and charity danceathons.
