Kiveton Pilates & Fitness is a community-based fitness studio led by qualified instructor Adele Parr, who has over 15 years of experience. Based at Kiveton Park and Wales Village Hall, the studio specialises in Mat Pilates — including pre and post natal Pilates — as well as general fitness classes and personal training.

Classes are suitable for all levels from beginners to advanced, with a focus on core strength, posture, flexibility, breathing and relaxation. Online Pilates workout videos are also available for home practice.
