Kula Yoga with Vanessa is a small, inclusive yoga practice based in Gorey, Co. Wexford, led by embodied yoga teacher Vanessa, who has a background in social care. Her aim is to make yoga accessible to every adult body at every stage of life, with a relaxed, supportive approach that meets people where they are.

Offerings include Foundations of Yoga (hatha-style and embodied flow with breathwork and meditation, suited to beginners), Rest & Restore (restorative yoga and yoga nidra), and Yoga for Midlife & Beyond, including chair yoga and menopause-friendly classes.

Vanessa also offers Reiki, community and private group sessions, and Yoga4Health programmes for health professionals and community members. A new home space, Sliabh Bhuí Sanctuary, at the foothills of Yellow Mountain, is open for Reiki by appointment, with 1:1 yoga and small group practices to follow. Classes are booked online through Momoyoga.
