Yoga La Vie is a small Hatha yoga studio in Gorey, Co. Wexford, run by teacher Sarah. Classes focus on mindful breath, movement and relaxation, and are tailored to beginners and intermediate practitioners. Weekly one-hour sessions run on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings from 7 to 8pm, with small class sizes so exercises can be adapted to each person.

All equipment, including mats, straps and bolsters, is provided. Students can book a 6-week progressive bundle or a drop-in spot when space is available, and small-group or one-to-one sessions can be arranged for friends or teams. Spring 2025 blocks are fully booked, so enquire directly about drop-in availability.
