LaurenAcroYoga is run by Lauren, a playful RYT200 yoga teacher and AcroYoga teacher who has taught in the UK and India. She offers weekly Yoga Flow classes on Saturday mornings at St Matthias Church hall in Brighton, as well as workshops, UK and international retreats, and online courses in yoga and inversions.

Therapeutic Thai massage (30–90 minute treatments) and pre-recorded relaxing yoga classes via YouTube are also available on request. Online courses covering yoga and inversions are self-paced, designed to complement weekly practice, and yours to keep forever.
