Lauren AcroYoga is a Brighton-based movement practice led by Lauren, a playful and encouraging teacher who holds an AcroYoga qualification and a RYT200 Yoga certification, with experience teaching in both the UK and India.

Weekly Yoga Flow classes run on Saturday mornings at St Matthias Church Hall, while workshops, retreats and online courses in Yoga and Inversions are also offered. Therapeutic Thai massage treatments (30–90 minutes) are available by appointment, and pre-recorded relaxing yoga classes can be accessed via YouTube on request.
