Lena Grace Yoga St Werburghs Community

Lena Grace Yoga is a Bristol-based yoga practice led by Lena Pascoe, whose mission is to make yoga accessible and inclusive for every body. Drawing on influences from ashtanga and kundalini traditions, classes can range from dynamic to slower flow and place strong emphasis on breathwork (pranayama), mindful movement, body awareness and self-acceptance.

Lena teaches community drop-in classes at St George Community Centre as well as sessional yoga for hospital in-patients and out-patients, school staff, and private or workplace groups.
