Leo Gym opened in Marlow in 2018 with a simple idea: build the gym people actually want to train at. With over 80 classes a week across HYROX, Metcon, Strength, Wonder Women and Mum & Baby — all expertly coached — Leo is Marlow's only official HYROX affiliate gym.
Beyond classes, the facilities include an on-site café (The Protein Bar), a Treatment Room offering physiotherapy and sports massage, personal training, nutrition support, and premium changing rooms stocked with Bamford products and Dyson hair dryers. Members come for the coaching and stay for the community.
