Leonie's Yoga & Pilates is a Sheffield-based yoga and pilates practice led by an instructor with over 20 years of teaching experience. Leonie holds a British Wheel of Yoga Diploma in Hatha Yoga and a Level 3 Certificate in matwork pilates, and has worked with people of all abilities — from elite athletes to those managing chronic conditions.

Weekly face-to-face group classes run at High Storrs School in Bents Green, covering Fusion (yoga/pilates), Pilates and Yoga sessions. Online classes are also available via Zoom, along with recordings for home practice. One-off events and morning retreats incorporating yoga, pilates, mindfulness, meditation, reflexology and relaxation are held at Whirlow Spirituality Centre.

Private 1-to-1 and 1-to-2 sessions, including bespoke recordings, can also be arranged.
