Life Yoga Sheffield is run by Zoe Marciniak, Sheffield's first Somatic movement educator, offering in-person and online Hatha Yoga, Chair Yoga, Dynamic Yoga, and Gentle Somatic Yoga classes across several community venues in the Bents Green and Millhouses area.

Classes are taught mindfully and are suitable for all abilities, incorporating classic asana, functional movement, pranayama, meditation, and somatic techniques drawn from the work of Thomas Hanna and James Knight. Thai Yoga Massage is also available, blending assisted yoga postures with acupressure to increase flexibility and relieve tension.

All first lessons are free or pay-as-you-feel, and concession rates are available for those facing cost-of-living pressures.
