Physio and Yoga is the practice of Paulette Kilkenny, a Chartered Physiotherapist with over 30 years of experience who also trained as a yoga teacher in 2017/2018. Paulette teaches weekly one-hour Vinyasa flow yoga classes on Thursday evenings at Ballinteer Community School in Dublin 16, run in 5-week blocks and suitable for beginners as well as more experienced students.

Classes combine contemporary music and yoga mantras with breath control exercises and an energising sequence of postures to stretch and tone the body and improve balance, finishing with a gentle relaxation. Live Zoom classes (€8 for one, €35 for five), pre-recorded video classes (€10) and a free 35-minute beginners video are also available.

Alongside yoga, the Scholarstown Physio Clinic in Woodstown Shopping Centre offers in-clinic physiotherapy, orthotics, telehealth consultations and home visits, with cover from major Irish health insurers.
