London Strength is London's premier Olympic weightlifting club, founded in 2020 by GB coach Kristian McPhee. Based at 4-5 Gough Square in the heart of the City, the club brings together a collective of expert coaches with a no-ego, open-door philosophy welcoming everyone from complete beginners to international competitors.

Classes range from BWL-accredited beginner courses and coach-led intermediate sessions to open gym and elite club training. The club also offers personalised programming, one-to-one personal training, strength & conditioning, regular technique workshops, British Weightlifting coaching courses, and a popular online team programme.

Members benefit from a tight-knit community, world-class coaching, and a track record of producing British record holders and national champions.
