Lozzumba is a dance fitness brand based in Brighton offering weekly DayDisco classes — a feel-good, all-abilities dance workout set to Motown, 70s, 80s and current disco tunes.

Founded by a qualified Exercise to Music Instructor and Level 3 Behaviour Change Therapist who fell in love with dance fitness on her own wellness journey, the sessions are designed to feel like a party rather than a workout. Everyone is welcome regardless of fitness level or dance experience.

The studio also runs outdoor Silent Disco guided classes on Brighton beach, using wireless headphones for a unique immersive experience. Your first session is free.
