MANA AND WAK

Mana and Wak is a movement and wellness sanctuary set on Buckettsland Farm in Hertfordshire, centred around a yurt that serves as temple, practice space and gathering place.

The offering spans yoga (vinyasa, slow flow, signature flow), martial arts, meditation, ecstatic and conscious dance, sauna and cold-water swimming in a natural pond, community campfires, and corporate retreats.

Weekly drop-in classes sit alongside immersive day and weekend events — including the signature Ritual Circus — led by a diverse faculty of movement experts, mindfulness directors, yoga teachers, sonic practitioners and facilitators. The ethos blends physical practice with non-verbal intelligence, ritual, and nature-immersion, with London just out of sight.
