Manav Yoga is an authentic yoga and meditation studio led by Yoga Guru Sumit Manav, who brings over 25 years of teaching experience.

The studio offers a holistic approach to wellbeing — harmonising mind, body and spirit — through group classes, personal training, yoga therapy, corporate wellness programmes, and teacher training courses including a 200-hour YTT and 50-hour Yin Yoga TT. Retreats to India and Bali are also on offer. Now open at a new studio in Crawley, West Sussex.
