Mas Body Gym is a results-driven fitness facility in Teesside, Middlesbrough, and the Official HYROX Gym in the region. The gym offers a full range of equipment including Hammer Strength dumbbells (4kg–60kg), Nike bumper plates, resistance machines from Panatta, Nautilus and LifeFitness, and extensive cardio kit.
Members can train in structured HYROX classes up to six times per week, alongside fat loss, strength and conditioning group fitness classes. The gym partners with IFBB-certified coach Mike Hind MBE, Myzone fitness tracking, and on-site meal prep provider Macro Based Diet. Memberships are flexible with no contracts and no joining fees.
